What this site is, where the data comes from, and how pages are put together
What this site is
This site is a curated reference to drugs, diseases, and the companies behind today's therapies. It organizes publicly available information into one page per molecule: the approved indications of each marketed brand, the shape of the clinical trial landscape, and recent developments drawn from reviewed sources. It exists to make this information easier to find and to verify against its original source — it is a reference, not medical advice.
Data sources
Study records come from ClinicalTrials.gov, the U.S. National Library of Medicine's registry of clinical studies. Indication and approval information comes from FDA product labeling. Both are public data; this site summarizes and structures them rather than republishing the records in full.
Method
- One molecule, one page. Brand names (for example, Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus) are consolidated into the page of their molecule, semaglutide, rather than each brand getting its own page. Indications are grouped by brand within that page.
- The trial landscape is summarized, not listed. Each page shows how many registered studies are ongoing or completed per phase, so the shape of the evidence is visible at a glance.
- Study details link to the registry. Full trial records link to ClinicalTrials.gov; they are not mirrored on this site.
- Recent developments are curated. Sources are limited to a reviewed list of journals, regulators, and medical press. Headlines link directly to the original publisher, never to copies elsewhere.
Not medical advice
Everything on this site is reference information about publicly available data. It is not medical advice, does not constitute a diagnosis, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified health professional. Treatment decisions should be made with a physician or other qualified clinician.
