Oxaliplatin
DrugOxaliplatin is a platinum-based antineoplastic chemotherapy drug used mainly for colorectal cancer, often in combination regimens such as FOLFOX or CAPOX. It is administered intravenously and marketed under the trade name Eloxatin. European approval occurred in 1996 and U.S. FDA approval followed in 2002.
