DiseaseMyasthenia gravis is an autoimmune neuromuscular junction disorder causing fluctuating skeletal muscle weakness and fatigability, often affecting ocular, bulbar, and limb muscles. Disease results from autoantibodies that impair neuromuscular transmission.
